All the documents on this website (Relevant Documents) are © DAFSC Ltd, which owns the assets of BFSP.
However, they are intended to help the understanding and promulgation of the law and consequent requirements in practice in relation to free speech in various contexts, so are available for use and copying by any person on the following terms.
Subject as provided below, any person may do any of the following:
1. Download and save and copy for their own use any Relevant Document.
2. Share any Relevant Document in its entirety with any person, provided that it includes the identification of it as © DAFSC Ltd.
3. Incorporate quotes from any Relevant Document into any document produced by that person, provided that the quotes are (a) attributed to BFSP, with a link to this website and a note that the Relevant Document is © DAFSC Ltd, and (b) used fairly and in a manner which does not distort or misrepresent the meaning and intention of the original text or Relevant Document.
4. Incorporate into any document produced by them small sections of text from any Relevant Document without the need to formally attribute them to BFSP or DAFSC Ltd.
Provided that:
- copyright in the Relevant Document shall always remain in the exclusive ownership of DAFSC Ltd and not be adversely affected by any action referred to above; and
- the permissions given above are pursuant to a non-transferable, personal and revocable license.
Upon revocation of any such license, the user shall cease to use and destroy all copies of any Relevant Document in his/her possession and, if so requested, all documents created as contemplated at 3 above.
